Creamy Mixed Fruit Salad

  1. Prepare the fruit:
Wash the strawberries and grapes thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and bananas, halve the grapes if desired, peel and separate the mandarins, and cut the melon into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Combine the fruit:
Add the strawberries, bananas, green grapes, red grapes, mandarin segments, and melon to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Make the creamy dressing:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the dressing:
Pour the yogurt mixture over the prepared fruit.
  5. Gently toss:
Using a large spoon or spatula, gently fold everything together until the fruit is evenly coated. Be careful not to crush the strawberries or bananas.
  6. Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve:
Give the salad a gentle stir just before serving and garnish with a few fresh strawberries or mint leaves if desired.

Tip: For the freshest texture, prepare the bananas shortly before serving and keep the salad refrigerated.
