- Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper

- In a bowl, beat:
- cream cheese
- sugar
- egg
- vanilla
- Mix until smooth and creamy, then set aside
3️⃣ Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk:
- flour
- baking powder
- baking soda
- salt
- In another bowl:
- Cream butter + sugar until light and fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time
- Mix in vanilla
- Gradually add dry ingredients alternating with milk
4️⃣ Add Blueberries
- Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp flour (prevents sinking)
- Gently fold into the batter
5️⃣ Assemble the Loaf
- Pour half of the batter into the pan
- Add the cream cheese mixture evenly
- Top with remaining batter
- Optional: swirl gently with a knife for a marble effect
6️⃣ Bake
- Bake for 50–60 minutes
- Check with a toothpick (should come out mostly clean)
7️⃣ Cool & Serve
- Let cool in pan for 10–15 minutes
- Transfer to a rack and cool completely before slicing
