Ingredients

  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk

  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups (480 g) powdered sugar
  • 2–4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
