  • 1 medium beetroot (peeled & chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Juice of ½ lemon (or 1 small orange)
  • 1 cup spinach or leafy greens

1. Prep the ingredients

Wash everything well.
Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces for easy blending.
