Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 whole garlic bulb, peeled and chopped
- 1 piece fresh ginger (about 100 g), grated
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3–4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all ingredients.
- Grate the ginger.
- Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
- Place everything in a clean glass jar.
- Pour in the lemon juice and add the honey.
- Stir well until combined.
- Close the jar and refrigerate for 7 days.
- Stir or shake gently once a day.
How to Use
- After 7 days, take 1 teaspoon daily.
- Some people mix it into warm water or tea.
