Ginger, Garlic, Lemon & Cinnamon Wellness Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 whole garlic bulb, cloves peeled
  • 1 large piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups raw honey (or enough to fill the jar)

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Wash the lemons thoroughly.

Slice the lemons and ginger into thin rounds.

Peel the garlic cloves.

Step 2: Fill the Jar

Place layers of:

  • Lemon slices
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger slices

Add the cinnamon sticks.
