Fresh Cucumber, Onion & Tomato Salad

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes thoroughly.

Slice the cucumbers, chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice the red onion.

Step 2: Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together:

  • Olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Sugar (if using)
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Step 3: Combine

Place the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions in a large bowl.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.

Step 4: Chill

For the best flavor, refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Step 5: Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve cold.
