Ginger, Garlic, Onion & Honey Mixture

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 whole garlic bulb, peeled and chopped
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (about 100 g), grated
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3–4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grate the ginger.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  4. Place everything in a clean glass jar.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice and add the honey.
  6. Stir well until combined.
  7. Close the jar and refrigerate for 7 days.
  8. Stir or shake gently once a day.

How to Use

  • After 7 days, take 1 teaspoon daily.
  • Some people mix it into warm water or tea.

  • Garlic, ginger, and lemon may interact with blood-thinning medications.
  • This mixture is not a treatment for diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, arthritis, or other medical conditions.
  • If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult your doctor before using it regularly.
