- 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (not baking soda)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
