1. Dissolve the gelatin
Place the raspberry gelatin in a large mixing bowl.
Pour in the boiling water and whisk for 1–2 minutes, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
2. Let it cool
Allow the gelatin mixture to cool for about 10–15 minutes. It should be cool but not completely set.
3. Fold in the whipped topping
Add the thawed whipped topping and gently fold until the mixture becomes smooth, fluffy, and evenly pink.
4. Add the raspberries
Gently fold in about ½ cup of fresh raspberries. Reserve the remaining berries for decoration.
5. Chill
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until nicely set and fluffy.
6. Decorate
Just before serving, top with the remaining fresh raspberries and mini marshmallows.

For an extra raspberry flavor, lightly mash a few raspberries before folding them into the mixture. You can also prepare this dessert the night before and keep it refrigerated.
