Ingredients:
80g Cheese
80g Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
3 sprigs of green onion
5-6 sprigs of parsley
90ml milk (1 tea glass)
4g salt (1 teaspoon)
360g flour (3 cups)
10g baking powder (1 packet)
For Frying:
Sufficient amount of oil
Instructions:
In a suitable mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the flour. Mix them well.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture, kneading it until you achieve a soft and slightly sticky dough.
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
Roll out each portion of the dough with a rolling pin, making sure not to roll it too thin. Divide each rolled-out dough into 8 equal parts using a pastry wheel or knife.
In a deep fryer or frying pan, heat up enough oil.
Fry the divided dough pieces in the hot oil, flipping them over to cook both sides until they turn golden brown.
Once cooked, remove the fried bread from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve the yeast-free baked potato bread while still warm.
