Winter Wonderland Chocolate Chip Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Holiday sprinkles, for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Dough
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the Butter and Sugars:

Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add Eggs and Vanilla:

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well each time.

Stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine Dry Ingredients

Bake the Cookies:
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the sides are just beginning to turn brown, in a preheated oven.
After a few minutes of cooling on the baking sheet, move the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.
