White Chicken Enchiladas

 

Ingredients
° eight to ten flour tortillas (approximately the size of a nice taco° 2 c cooked & chicken shredded.
° 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
° 3 tablespoons of butter.
° 3 tablespoons of flour.
° 2 cups of chicken broth.
° 1 cup sour cream.
° 1 4 ounces green chili, diced.
Instructions
Combine chicken with 1 cup of cheese, roll in tortillas, and place in a sprinkled 9×13 saucepan (seam side down).
Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat, then add the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the broth and whisk until the sauce is done.
As soon as the sauce becomes thick, turn off the heat, add the sour cream and hot pepper, and stir until the ingredients are combined.
Pour sauce on enchiladas and covering with the rest cheese.
In an oven preheated to 350 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes.
Easy, easy and delicious! Tortilla stuffed with chicken, sauce, cheese… Honestly guys, I loved this recipe, you should definitely try it, it’s worth it.
