White Almond Wedding Cake

Ingredients:

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups water
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 egg whites

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and grease and flour an 11×13 inch cake pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the white cake mix, flour, sugar, and salt until well mixed.
Pour in the water, sour cream, vegetable oil, almond extract, vanilla extract, and egg whites. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until all the ingredients are mixed and moistened, but some lumps still remain. This should take about 4 minutes.
Transfer the mixture into the ready-made cake pan.
A toothpick put into the middle of the cake should come out clean after baking in the preheated oven until the top is a light golden brown. This usually takes about 25 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool before frosting.
Once cooled, frost the cake as desired and enjoy!
Note: You can use your preferred frosting to decorate the cake, such as buttercream or cream cheese frosting.
