Vanilla Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

4 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 large eggs
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups milk
1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Add the vanilla extract and milk to the mixture, and continue mixing until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
In a another bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder.
One cup at a time, gradually add the flour and baking powder combination to the wet ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth and well blended.
Grease your muffin pan or line it with paper cups.
Carefully pour the muffin batter into the greased muffin pan or paper cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
After baking, take the muffins out of the oven and allow them to cool for a short while within the pan. After that, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling. Enjoy these delicious vanilla muffins!
