Ingredients:
2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 teaspoon dried rosemary
4 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups sliced mushrooms

Directions:
To get a uniform coating, toss the meat pieces in flour.
Warm up the olive oil in a big saucepan over medium-high heat. In batches, add the meat and brown it all over. Take out and place the meat aside.
Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the same saucepan.

Add the sliced mushrooms and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
