Taco Bell Mexican Pizza

Ingredients:

1.5lb of ground beef
1 package of taco bell seasoning
1 large can of refried beans
1 large can of red enchilada sauce
10 corn flour mixture tortillas (fry individually)
1 large tomato, diced
1/4 medium onion, diced
more than 3 cups of grated cheese
Chopped green onion

How to make

Brown meat. Drain. Put it back with the seasoning package according to the instructions.(1/2 to 3/4 cup water, simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed), set aside. Heat the beans in a pot or microwave. Use a little vegetable oil to fry each tortilla. Cover the bottom of the casserole with fried tortillas. Place the beans in layers. Place the seasoned meat in layers. Pour 1/2 can of enchilada sauce evenly. Add another layer of tortillas. Evenly pour in the other 1/2 can of enchilada sauce. Sprinkle diced tomatoes and yellow onion on top. Spread the cheese on top. (Tomatoes and onions can be on the top or bottom of that cheese layer.) Bake until the cheese is melted and the sides begin to bubble, about 20 minutes at 350. Garnish with green onion after cooking. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then serve
