Ingredients:
1 package Stove Top stuffing (your preferred flavor, such as chicken or herbed savory)
1 cup hot water
2 packages brown gravy mix (one for the inside of the meatloaf and one for the top)
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 cup cold water
2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Mix one cup of boiling water and the Stove Top stuffing mix together in a medium-sized bowl.
. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the stuffing to absorb the water.
In another medium bowl, mix 1 package of brown gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water.
Add the ground beef and beaten eggs to the bowl with the gravy mix. Mix well, using your hands to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
Stir the stuffing mixture into the ground beef mixture until everything is well incorporated.
Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray, then press the ground beef mixture into the pan, making sure it is evenly distributed.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the inside is no longer pink and the top is nicely browned.
Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Invert the pan onto a plate to release the meatloaf from the bundt pan.
Serve the Stove Top Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and pour the second package of brown gravy over the center of the meatloaf.
