Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts (optional, for crunch)
Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Bread, crackers, or vegetables for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
If using water chestnuts, fold them into the spinach mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and hot, in a preheated oven.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley.
Serve the Spinach Dip hot with bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
