SOFT TORTILLAS

INGREDIENTS

250g (2 cups) of flour
470ml (2 cups) water
5g (1 teaspoon) salt
5g (1 teaspoon) of sugar
15g (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil

METHOD

1. In a bowl add the flour and gradually add the water and mix the dough. When everything is well mixed, add sugar, salt and oil and mix everything.
2. Preheat the pan and add the dough with the ladle and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
3. Turn the tortilla over and bake on both sides. After cooking, cover them with a cloth.
