Soft and Moist Milk Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of whole milk
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Frosting of your choice (e.g., buttercream, cream cheese)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners.
In a spacious bowl, combine the softened butter and granulated sugar, beating them together until the mixture transforms into a light and fluffy consistency.
Add the eggs, one at a time, to the butter-sugar mixture, followed by the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, alternating with the whole milk. Start and end with the flour mixture, and mix until just combined.
Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the cupcake batter.
