S’mores Nachos Recipe

Ingredients:

1 sleeve graham crackers, broken into segments
16 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, divided into snack-sized pieces

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
14 full-size marshmallows

Instructions:

Prepare the fire: Build a bed of charcoal in a barbecue grill or campfire pit and let it burn until you have a nice bed of coals.
Assemble the Nachos: Spray an 8×8 disposable baking pan with nonstick spray. Layer half of the graham crackers, miniature marshmallows, and chocolate in the pan. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Top with full-size marshmallows.
Cook: Cover the pan with foil that has been sprayed with nonstick spray and place it on the grill or campfire grate. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning the pan halfway through.To avoid burning it, pay great attention to it.

Serve: Remove the foil and enjoy the melted and delicious S’mores Nachos while they are still warm!
