Tang Cream
Ingredients:
Tang Juice: Choose your preferred flavor (e.g., orange, passion fruit, strawberry)
Heavy Cream: Very cold, for whipping
Instructions:
Chill Your Equipment: Place a mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to ensure they are cold.
Whip the Cream: Pour the very cold heavy cream into the chilled mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment to beat the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
Prepare the Tang Mixture: Follow the instructions on the Tang juice packaging to prepare the juice according to your taste preference.
Fold in the Cream: Gently fold the prepared Tang juice into the whipped cream using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream and mix until the Tang juice is fully incorporated, creating a smooth and creamy mixture.
