INGREDIENTS
◾️3 cups butter, softened
◾️1½ cups castor sugar
◾️5 cups all-purpose flour
◾️1½ cups cornstarch
◾️1 tsp vanilla
PROCEDURE
◾️In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
◾️Slowly incorporate the flour and cornstarch, mixing until thoroughly combined.
◾️With hands lightly dusted with additional cornstarch, roll dough into balls.
◾️Place apart on ungreased baking sheets.
◾️Press lightly with a floured fork.
◾️Bake at 180° for 10-12 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
◾️Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring from the pans to wire racks.
