Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 pound of hot sausage, raw
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 and 3/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Put the drained Rotel, softened cream cheese, and raw sausage into a large mixing bowl.
Add the cheddar cheese shreds and Bisquick baking mix.. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
Put the mixture on a baking sheet and roll it into 1-inch balls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the sausage balls warm and enjoy!
