ROASTED GARLIC MUSHROOM

Step 1: Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel.
Trim the stems if needed and leave small mushrooms whole.
If large, cut them in half.

Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl mix:

  • melted butter (or olive oil)
  • minced garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • thyme or Italian seasoning

Stir well to combine.

Step 3: Coat the Mushrooms

Place the mushrooms in a large bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
Toss well until all mushrooms are evenly coated.

Step 4: Roast the Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast for 18–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and golden.

Step 5: Add the Final Flavor

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with:

  • fresh parsley
  • a little lemon juice (optional)

Toss lightly and serve warm.
