Ingredients:
Refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 pound shaved corned beef deli meat
8 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
On a lightly floured surface, separate the crescent roll dough in half and pinch together the perforated edges.
Roll out half of the dough into a rectangle that is approximately 12 inches long.
Place the rolled out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, and bake it for 10 minutes.
Remove the partially baked crust from the oven and layer four slices of Swiss cheese on top.
In a bowl, mix together the sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.
Place a layer of corned beef on top of the Swiss cheese, and spread the sauerkraut mixture over the corned beef.
Top the sauerkraut mixture with another four slices of Swiss cheese.
Roll out the other half of the dough and carefully place it over the mixture, pinching the edges closed around the bottom crust.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the bake is browned.
Before serving, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool somewhat.
