Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
For the filling:
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
1/2 cup chopped Butterfinger bars
For the ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Fill the prepared pan to the brim with the ingredients.
Cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract should be smoothed out in a different basin. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and Butterfinger bars. Pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake until the middle is firm, 30 to 35 minutes.
Allow it to cool completely.
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it’s heated through but not boiling. After taking off the heat, smoothly mix in the chocolate chips.
Pour the ganache over the cheesecake bars and spread it evenly. Chill for a minimum of two hours prior to slicing.
