Homemade Bread Rolls

Ingredients:

500 grams of all-purpose flour
300 grams of water (you may need additional flour if the dough is too sticky)
4 grams of brewer’s yeast (or active dry yeast as an alternative)
1 tablespoon of honey
10 grams of salt

Directions:

Combine the yeast, water, and honey, allowing the yeast to dissolve.
Mix the yeast mixture into the flour until well combined.
Add the salt and continue mixing until the dough is soft and uniform.
Let the dough rise in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Shape each portion into a roll and let them rest for 1 hour.
Make a cut on the side of each roll and sprinkle with flour.
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Place a saucepan of water in the oven while it preheats.
After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan and place the rolls in the oven.
Bake until the rolls turn golden brown.
After baking, take them out of the oven and give them a little time to cool.
