Recipe for Apple Fritter Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 apples, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Add one tablespoon of milk and half a cup of powdered sugar to the glaze.

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples with brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Set aside.

In another bowl, cream together the granulated sugar, room-temperature butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well mixed.

Add the flour and baking powder and stir until barely incorporated.
Gradually add 1/2 cup of milk, mixing until the batter is smooth.

Gently fold the apple mixture into the batter.

Evenly distribute the batter into the loaf pan after greasing it.

In order for a toothpick put into the center to come out clean, bake for around 55 to 60 minutes.
While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing 1 tablespoon of milk with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until it forms a smooth mixture.

When the bread is done, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes in the pan.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread.

Allow the bread to cool a bit more before slicing and serving.

Enjoy your homemade Apple Fritter Bread! This delightful bread brings together the flavors of apples, cinnamon, and a sweet glaze for a delicious treat. It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a delightful snack any time of the day.
