Ingredients:
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
8g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
130ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
200ml (4/5 cup) milk
250g (2 cups) flour
30g (3 tbsp) cocoa
15g (3 tsp) baking powder
White chocolate (for each muffin)
Method:
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, salt, vanilla sugar, and regular sugar. Mix them together.
Add vegetable oil and milk to the bowl and mix again.
Mix in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa by sieving them.
Mix everything well until combined.
Half of the final mixture should be poured into the muffin pans.
Place a piece of white chocolate on top of each muffin.
Pour the remaining mixture over the white chocolate.
Bake the muffins at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 minutes.
After baking, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool.
Serve and enjoy these delicious Quick Chocolate Muffins!
Note: These muffins are even better when enjoyed the next day.
