Potatoes with eggs and beets

INGREDIENTS:

– Smooth boiled and mashed potatoes

– 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

– Egg yolk ;

– Boiled eggs ;

– Salt and black pepper

– Frying oil ;

– Crushed rusks ;

– Chopped parsley ;

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together properly.

Tablets are formed, then they are filled with a little boiled egg and closed.

It is miles dipped in a dipped egg, in rusks, left inside the freezer for an hour, and then fried in oil.

It is discarded on kitchen paper towels, served hot.
