Pork Tenderloin in a Mustard Apple Sauce

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

– 1 pound of pork tenderloin
– 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
– 2 tablespoons of unsweetened apple sauce
– 1 clove of garlic
– 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard (French)

Preparation:

1. Place the pork in a slow cooker (or on a baking sheet).
2. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
3. Pour the mixture over the pork, generously covering the pork.
