Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into pieces
1/2 cup natural or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk (cow’s milk, almond, coconut, etc.)
One tablespoon of sugar or honey (optional, based on preferred sweetness)

Ice cubes to taste
Instructions:

Cut the banana into pieces after peeling it, then slice the fresh pineapple.

Blend the Ingredients:

Put the pineapple, banana, yogurt, milk, and, if using, honey or sugar in a blender.

For a thicker, colder texture, add ice cubes to taste.

Blend Until Smooth:

Blend all the ingredients at high speed until smooth and well combined. For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit or ice cubes

Serve:

Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve right away.

Add thin banana or pineapple slices to the rim of the glass as a garnish for the smoothies.
