Penne Pasta with Meatballs

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

1kg ground beef mix
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Knorrox All-in-one seasoning
1 teaspoon olive oil

For the Pasta and Sauce:

2 cups penne pasta
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/4 cup green pepper
1 grated tomato
250ml fresh cream
1 tablespoon Knorrox All-in-one seasoning

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Meatballs

Preheat the oven.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef mix, breadcrumbs, grated cheddar cheese, Knorrox All-in-one seasoning, and olive oil.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until they are well cooked, in a preheated oven.
Step 2: Cook the Penne Pasta

Cook 2 cups of penne pasta according to the package directions.
Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce

In a pan, heat some oil and fry the onions, green pepper, and crushed garlic until softened.
Add the grated tomato, mushrooms, and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the fresh cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add the meatballs and cooked penne spaghetti and toss gently.

Mix everything together with a spatula.
Adjust the seasoning with Knorrox All-in-One to your taste.
Optional: You can also add cheese for extra flavor.
Garnish with parsley.
