10 egg roll wrappers
1 large can of sliced peaches, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
1 large beaten egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cinnamon, divided

Here are the steps to make the Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Dice the peaches and place them in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with water and add it to the skillet along with the sugar. Stir until the sugar is melted and the mixture thickens.
