Paradise Cheesecake

Ingredients:

20-25 cookies
500ml (2 1/4 cups) cream
220g (3/4 cup) condensed milk
1 pack of gelatin
70g (1/3 cup) melted butter

Method:

Crush the cookies and mix them with melted butter until well combined.
Transfer the cookie mixture to a baking pan and press it down to form the crust.
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with a little whipped cream and set it aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the remaining whipped cream until it thickens.
Mix well after adding the condensed milk to the whipped cream.
Gently fold in the gelatin mixture into the whipped cream and condensed milk mixture.
Pour the combined mixture onto the cookie crust in the baking pan.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until it sets and firms up.
Once the cheesecake is set, sprinkle more crushed cookies on top for added texture and flavor.
