Pan-Seared Fish Fillet

Ingredients:

Fish fillets (such as catfish)
1 Lemon
1 tbsp Capers
2 tbsp Butter
Seafood seasoning blend

Instructions:

Liberally season your fish fillets with an all-purpose seafood seasoning blend.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add just enough extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) to barely coat the pan. Add a couple of tablespoons of butter.
Place the seasoned fish fillets in the pan and cook them until nicely browned, approximately 4 to 5 minutes on one side.
Add sliced lemon, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a teaspoonful of capers to the pan.
Flip the fish fillets and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on the other side, reducing the heat to medium.
Serve the pan-seared fish fillets with a side of tomato and arugula salad for a keto-friendly and flavorful meal.
