Ingredients:
1 box of vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup strawberry juice
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
24 Lady Fingers
220 g (about 1 cup) chilled whipped cream
One pound of freshly picked, hulled, sliced, and patted dry strawberries
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding, milk, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, whip the chilled whipped cream until it just holds stiff peaks.
Place the ladyfingers in the bottom of a plate after giving them a quick dip in the strawberry juice.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the ladyfingers.
Place the sliced strawberries in a single layer over the pudding.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining ladyfingers, pudding mixture, and sliced strawberries.
Top the dessert with the whipped cream and additional sliced strawberries.
Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours before serving.
