Ingredients (8-10 servings):
11 oz. butterscotch chips
5 oz. can of crispy chow mein noodles
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup salted peanuts
Instructions:
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Stir the mixture continuously until completely melted and smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, place the crispy chow mein noodles and salted peanuts.
Pour the melted peanut butter and butterscotch mixture over the chow mein noodles and peanuts.
To fully blend all of the ingredients, give it a vigorous stir.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Quickly drop spoonfuls of the mixture, making haystack shapes, onto the baking sheet coated with parchment paper.
Allow the haystacks to cool and harden at room temperature.
Once cooled and hardened, the no-bake peanut butter haystacks are ready to be served.
