New York–Style Pepperoni Pizza

Step 1: Make the Dough

  1. In a large bowl mix warm water, sugar, and yeast.

  • Crust edges are golden
  • Pepperoni becomes slightly crispy

Step 8: Slice and Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool 2–3 minutes.
Slice into large triangular pieces.
