Ingredients:

3 apples, weighing approximately 700g
3 large eggs
180ml milk
150g sugar
A pinch of salt
300g all-purpose flour
80g melted butter
10g baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Lemon zest
Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Peel and core the apples, then slice them into thin, even pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and gradually add the milk, sugar, salt, melted butter, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Mix well.
