Moist Pineapple Cake

 

ingredients:

For The Cake:

1 can of undrained pineapple
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda

For The Icing:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick of butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
The undrained pineapple, flour, sugar, eggs, and baking soda should all be combined in a mixing dish. Mixing the components thoroughly requires beating. Pour the cake batter into a well-greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, or until it is browned and cooked through.
Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes.
In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter for the icing.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to the cream cheese and butter mixture. Mix until smooth and creamy.
