Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

One cup of mixed berries, including raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries

1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Add the mixed berries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to a blender.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add some ice cubes as well.
Blend each item until it’s smooth and well mixed. To get the right consistency, you can add extra milk if the smoothie is too thick.
After tasting the smoothie, add additional honey or maple syrup to make the sweetness more to your liking.

Pour the mixed berry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
