Milk mousse with chocolate drops

1 about unflavored gelatin powder
13 cup (tea) of milk
1 can of condensed milk
6 tablespoons of powdered milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
12 cup (tea) of chocolate drops

Mode of preparation

In a pot, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it hydrate for 5 MINUTES. Bring to a simmer to dissolve, without letting it boil. Beat the condensed milk, powdered milk and essence in a blender until smooth. Beat the milk cream in the blender or manual mixing until you get firm peaks like whipped cream. Mix the cream and mix the drops by gently stirring from top to bottom with a spoon. Pour into a compote and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
