Mexican tortilla casserole

Mexican tortilla casserole is an easy-to-prepare vegetarian meal that is perfect for weekend meals or for a gathering of friends.

Components

1 lb. Minced meat
1/2 cup diced onion
1 pack of taco spice mix
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can of fried beans (it spreads easily if you heat it in the microwave)
1 cup of ready-made rice (I used rice flour)
1 can of Mexican corn (strainer) you will only use about half of the can
4-5 large-sized tortillas
8 ounces of thick sauce (your choice is light or hot)

How to make Mexican tortilla casserole

Sprinkle a springform, round cake pan, or casserole dish with cooking spray
Brown minced beef and onions, then drain،
add taco seasoning and cook consistent with package deal route،
Put 1 tortilla on the bottom of the baking dish and spread a third of the beans on it, then put on top 1/3 of the amount of meat and sprinkle some cheese on it .
The second layer is tortilla, 1/2 rice, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 corn and cheese
Third layer tortilla, 1/3 beans, 1/3 meat, cheese
4 layers tortilla. Beans, meat, corn, rice, sauce, cheese

Bake covered with aluminum foil at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, then unfold and bake for 10-15 minutes longer. Leave it for 5 minutes before cutting. After baking, put sour cream, chopped onion and grated lettuce on top to taste.
