Mexican smoked cutlets

Ingredients

The ingredients :

½ of pumpkin.
½ of an onion.
1 tomato.
Smoked cutlet.
1 clove of garlic.
Pepper and salt, the amount of your preference.
Steps
To make the Mexican smoked chops, with their unmistakable flavor, you will have to follow each step that will be explained shortly.
Step 1
Proceed to chop half of the garlic clove and the onion. Then, fry them in a frying pan with oil of your preference.

Add the diced tomato and keep stirring. It is vital to stir to prevent it from burning.

Then add the pumpkin in pieces and keep mixing the mixture while you have it on medium heat. At no time will you lower the heat, you have to keep the cooking at the same temperature.

Add the salt and pepper so that you can season it. Proceed to add the smoked cutlet, which you will have to chop previously.
