MEATLOAF FILLED WITH EGG


Ingredients:

6 Eggs
1 Large onion
4 garlic
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 Kg of minced mixed meat
Oregano
Ground pepper
100gr of smoked ham in a spiral
Salt
Milk
Bread crumb
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of ketchup

Preparation:

1. Put salted water in a saucepan, and add four eggs, leave them to boil for 10 or 12 minutes, then pass them through cold water, and peel them, set aside. Peel the onion and garlic, and chop them into very small pieces, set aside
2. In a bowl we put the crumbs of three slices of bread dipped in milk. In a massive bowl, put the minced meat, season well, upload the chopped parsley, 2 egg yolks, a touch oregano, the onion and the chopped garlic, add the drained breadcrumbs a touch. mix all the elements very well, until they’re homogeneous.
3. In a long and narrow baking dish, put a layer of meat, place the hard-boiled eggs as seen in the photo, add the small pieces of chopped ham, order well and put the rest of the meat to cover the eggs well, with the help of a plastic spatula place the meat well.
4. Heat the oven to 160º, and put our roll for ten minutes,. While we prepare in a small bowl 2 tablespoons of ketchup, one of honey and a little pepper powder, put in the microwave for about half a minute. After ten minutes, take the meat roll out of the oven, and with the help of a kitchen spatula or brush, spread the kecchut with pien on top of the meat roll, and put it back in the oven again, for an hour at 160º, in the lower middle area of the oven so that it does not burn us with the grill.
