Low-Carb Cheesy Flatbread

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2: Melt the Cheese

In a microwave-safe bowl combine:

  • mozzarella cheese
  • cream cheese

Microwave for 40–60 seconds until melted.

Stir well until smooth.

Step 3: Mix the Dough

Add to the melted cheese:

  • almond flour
  • baking powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt

Mix well.

Add the egg and continue mixing until a soft dough forms.

Step 4: Shape the Flatbread

Place the dough onto parchment paper.

Press or roll it into a thin circle or rectangle about ½ cm thick.

Sprinkle with herbs or Parmesan if desired.

Step 5: Bake

Bake for 12–15 minutes until the flatbread becomes golden and slightly crispy on the edges.

Step 6: Cool and Slice

Let it cool for 3–5 minutes.

Cut into slices or squares.

Step 7: Serve

Serve warm with:

  • avocado
  • grilled chicken
  • eggs
  • soups or salads
  • or use it as a low-carb pizza base.
