Lobster Ravioli in a Zesty Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

1 package lobster ravioli
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:

Cook the lobster ravioli according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Melt the unsalted butter in a big pan over medium heat.
Garlic should be minced and added to the skillet. Cook for one minute, or until fragrant.
